Korowai of Korimako

In Class we were learning about Belonging so we decided to make a Korowai to show that we all belong in the Korimako hub. Everyone did theirs different basing on their personalty to show that everyone is unique but that on the inside we are all the same.

In class we were doing self portraits this is how you make one like mine.
1.Take a photo of you in black and white
2.Print it out (A4 paper size will be perfect)
3.Colour it all in pastel ( I recommend bright colours)

Living springs recount

Last Wednesday everybody in Korimako went to Living Springs.I had a lot of fun.My favorite activity was Rifles and Archery but I also enjoyed the climbing wall and the animal survival game.We had some activities that we could do in our spare time,those activities were The pool,Mini golf,Trampolines and the monorail.But when we got there the monorail was broken so nobody could go on it until it was fixed, some people were disappointed but to be honest i didn't really care because i was scared to go on it in the first place.Since the Monorail was broken most people decided to go in the pool, but Mr Sutherland said only 75 people could go at a time, so when he told us to go get ready everybody rushed out of the auditorium screaming as they ran.I was the 80th person because it took me ages to find my goggles and it wasn't like anyone was helping me, so i got pretty annoyed but mr Sutherland let us in anyway.
